Situated 800 m from Les Houches’ village centre, at an altitude of 1000 m, the superb complex « Le Grand Balcon » consists of eight traditional wooden chalets, most of them with a lift and telephone boxes, adding up to 106 thoughtfully decorated apartments, with covered parking, benefiting from an exceptional sunny position with view of the valley and the Mont Blanc. There is a reception, bar, private covered swimming pool (15 x 6 m and 1.40 m in depth) opening to a terrace, sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi. Decorated in Italian trompe-l’oeil style which gives the apartments and communal areas a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. |
