LIFT PASSES
Why buy a lift pass?
If you wish to use the resort lifts to get to the top of the slopes, you need to buy a lift pass. Most lift passes are now electronic, meaning you can leave them in your pocket as you pass the barriers.
What is the cost of lift passes - are there any cheap lift pass prices?
Lift pass prices vary depending on which resort you are skiing, the time of year and how old you are. They also vary depending on the length of time you want the lift pass to be valid for. Peak weeks tend to be Christmas, New Year and other school holidays - Easter and February half-term. Families, children and OAPs tend to receive a lift pass reduction. Buying an area lift passes will cost more than a local lift pass as the number of lifts you can use with your pass will vary.
How long does a lift pass last?
You can buy a lift pass for different duration- from half a day, to a day, to several days, to a week to even a whole season. The standard lift pass is a 6-day pass from Sunday to Friday.
SKI AND BOARD HIRE
Why hire skis and boards, boots and poles before we get to resort?
Simply, because it is cheaper. And from our website, it can be as much as 25% cheaper.
SKI SCHOOL LESSONS
Why have ski lessons?
It is the best way to make the most out of your holiday and the ski tutors will know the best ski runs to suit your ability.
When is ski school?
Group skiing lessons tend to run from Sunday (6-day) or Monday (5-day) to Friday. There is usually the option of morning or afternoon lessons, with morning lessons costing more due to them being more popular. Expect lessons to start 9-9.30am or 1-2pm. Each lesson will be for 2-3hrs.
