This group of villages offers ski-to-door convenience in a vast ski area.

Arc 1800 is a modern, high altitude, purpose built resort which sits within the Isere Valley above the Bourg St Maurice. The expanse of skiing lies around three satellite villages, Arc 1600, 1800 and Arc 2000. With an excellent ski record, this resort combines with superb skiing and a lively aprés ski. Snow is guaranteed due to the Glacier du Varet located at the ski area's peak.

The variety of skiing is huge- from the Aiguille Rouge at 3226m, down to the trees around Villaroger at 1100m, or the outlying slopes of Pan Peisey-Vallandry. The top of the mountain tends to be the most challenging while around the villages of 1800 and 1600, gentle slopes lead back to the villages.

Arc 2000 is the newest base and is popular with experienced skiers. Arc 1800 is the largest of the three villages and provides excellent access to the skiing. Arc 1600 has a real village atmosphere.
